Relate is one of the nation’s most respected providers of life skills training, and each year delivers more than 5,000 training days to over 20,000 people. These courses are designed for schools, colleges, businesses and public bodies.

Relate offer a range of training courses to help individuals and groups improve their communication skills and relationships at home and at work. Whilst we are well known for our impact in the home environment we also provide the tools and ability to reduce absenteeism and increase effectiveness in the workplace.

Relate Nottinghamshire offer many courses to the general public, and can also be commissioned to deliver ‘In-house’ training to individual organisations. Many of the courses listed can be delivered ‘as is’ or modified or adapted to suit individual clients’ requirements.

    To prepare and equip appointment staff to receive clients into their organisation in accordance with the guidelines that promote a consistent standard and a client focused approach.

    Outcomes

    Aims

    Participants will acquire a better understanding of the physical and emotional bases of angry behaviour.
    Participants own behaviour patterns will be looked at to develop a greater understanding of those of people they encounter.
    Methods of dealing more successfully with angry behaviour will be examined.

    Suitable for: Individuals who have experienced divorce or separation from a committed adult relationship. This is unsuitable for couples that are deciding whether or not to separate.
