​Each year, Relate Nottinghamshire transforms the lives of thousands of individuals, couples, and families across the county. In 2024 alone, we provided life-changing counselling to over 400 people and delivered more than 1,830 counselling sessions. Beyond that, our self-help content have supports many more, offering vital support when they need it most​
